Any pricing, availability, or sample commitments we provide in response to an enquiry are indicative and subject to confirmation, and may change based on quantity, destination, prevailing market conditions, and final specification requirements.

Orders & Contracts

A binding contract is formed only once both parties have agreed final terms in writing — typically through a signed pro forma invoice or separate sales agreement — covering price, quantity, specification, packaging, Incoterm, and delivery timeline. Nothing on this website alone constitutes such an agreement.

Product Specifications

Typical specification values shown on this site (moisture, ash, viscosity, optical rotation, nitrogen, heavy metals) reflect representative ranges for Raw Acacia Senegal (E414). Each shipped lot is independently tested and accompanied by its own Certificate of Analysis (COA), which is the authoritative specification for that specific lot — not the figures published on this website.

Certifications

Certification statuses shown on the Certifications page reflect our position honestly and are kept up to date. Certifications shown as "In Progress" have not yet been obtained. We will not represent a certification as held until it has actually been issued.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for confirmed orders are agreed on a case-by-case basis at the time of contract and stated in the relevant pro forma invoice or sales agreement — typically a deposit against order confirmation with the balance due prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery & Incoterms

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are quoted FOB Port Sudan, with CIF to a nominated port available on request. Delivery timelines stated on this site (typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation) are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including port congestion, customs clearance, and freight availability.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, layout, and original photography — is owned by Nile Acacia Gum Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission. Stock photography used on this site is licensed from its respective providers.

Limitation of Liability
