Raw Acacia Senegal (E414)
Unprocessed whole tears hand-sorted from wild-harvested Acacia senegal trees in Sudan. Light amber to pale yellow nodules collected during the dry season and sun-dried at source. No additives, no processing — pure exudate as it leaves the tree. Supplied in 25 kg or 50 kg food-grade polypropylene sacks.
Why Sudan?
Sudan produces approximately 80% of the world's Acacia Senegal gum arabic — making Sudanese origin the gold standard for E414 quality worldwide. Buyers in the EU, USA, Middle East, and Asia specifically seek Sudanese-origin material for its consistent purity and viscosity profile.
Export Process
From tree to warehouse —
every step documented.
Wild Harvesting
Acacia senegal trees are tapped by hand during the dry season. Exudate forms naturally on the bark and is collected as whole nodules.
Field Sorting
Raw tears are hand-sorted and graded at collection points. Sub-standard, bark-contaminated, or off-colour material is rejected before packing.
Sun Drying & Packing
Cleaned tears are sun-dried to the correct moisture level and packed into 25 kg or 50 kg food-grade polypropylene sacks.
Laboratory Analysis
A Certificate of Analysis is issued for every lot: moisture, ash, viscosity, optical rotation, heavy metals, and microbiological count.
Export Documentation
Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, packing list, and commercial invoice prepared for each shipment.
Worldwide Delivery
Shipments despatched FOB Port Sudan or CIF to your nominated port worldwide. Air freight available for samples and urgent orders.
